A wholesale platform a distributor runs every day
A live wholesale system — ordering, inventory, and accounts — that a real distributor uses to run the day. Named here without the client and without invented cycle-time numbers.

Clixo built a wholesale distribution platform that a real distributor uses every day. The client is not named on this page.
The starting point was a familiar one in wholesale: orders arriving by phone and email, stock that lived in more than one place, and an office that could not answer "what do we have, and what did they pay last time" without asking around.
The problem
Distribution is a shared-record problem. The customer, the warehouse, and the counter each need the same answer — what is available, at what price, on which account. When that answer is assembled from a mailbox, a legacy screen, and a sheet, the business spends its attention on reconciliation instead of the next order.
We did not treat that as a need for a packaged ERP with every module checked. We treated it as a need for one operational system the people who work there would actually open.
What we built
A wholesale platform around the work of the day:
- Customer ordering — so a repeat buyer can place and reorder without dictating a list to someone on the phone.
- Inventory as the shared count — updated by the work, not by a later re-type.
- Accounts and the prices those accounts are owed.
- The office view of open work and what moved.
This is the same shape of system described on our wholesale distribution page. Adjacent work in the studio includes POS when the gap is the counter, and a CRM when the gap is the sales motion — different jobs, not renamed copies of this one.
What we will not claim
We will not publish an order-cycle percentage, a labor-hours reduction, or a quote from a title we cannot attach to a real person. The defensible claim is simpler: the system shipped, and the distributor runs on it.
If your operation is still taking orders in a mailbox and counting stock twice, book a build call or write hello@clixo.sh.
