A custom CRM built around one team's pipeline

A purpose-built CRM in use today. The client is unnamed. This page describes the system, not a sales-cycle statistic.

Clixo built a custom CRM platform that is in use. The client is not named here.

The brief was not "recreate a well-known CRM at a smaller license." It was to give a team a system that matched how they actually sell — so the record would be kept, and a pipeline review would not start with a side spreadsheet.

The problem

A horizontal CRM fails in a specific way: it asks for a company it does not have. Extra stages, extra fields, and reports nobody manages produce a tool that is live and still empty. People keep the real pipeline in mail and notes. Leadership learns not to trust the dashboard.

That can be a configuration problem. Sometimes it is not. Sometimes the objects are wrong, and no amount of admin work will make the team log a deal they have to fight the form to save.

What we built

A CRM cut to the motion:

  • Intake into the pipeline, so a new lead is not re-typed from a form or an inbox.
  • Stages the team already used, with the fields that matter at that step.
  • The next action visible from the record — not a separate reminder system.
  • A review the lead can open without exporting.

Details of their private process stay off this page. The public claim is the type of system and that it shipped. See custom CRM development for how we take this job now.

What we will not claim

No sales-cycle cut, no "data completeness" points, no invented adoption rate, no quote from a VP. If those numbers were real and ours to publish, they would be here.

If the CRM you pay for is not the CRM people use, book a build call or email hello@clixo.sh.
