For most trades, the sale doesn't happen at a counter. It happens at the job, when a finished work order turns into an invoice. Clixo builds that loop for HVAC, electrical and plumbing contractors: dispatch, offline work orders and a draft invoice from the completed job.
What we build
Custom field service software for shops that have outgrown the clipboard:
- A dispatch board the office assigns jobs from, instead of a whiteboard and phone calls.
- An offline technician app. The day's jobs sync to the device, and work saves locally until signal comes back.
- Digital work orders with photos, checklists and signatures.
- A draft invoice from the completed job, so billing starts from the finished work order instead of a retyped form.
- Parts and van stock on the same inventory as the office, using the same approach as our wholesale distribution systems.
