# How we ship software every week (without breaking trust)

> Our weekly build rhythm — how Clixo turns a messy product idea into visible, shippable progress your team can actually follow.

Most software relationships break for the same reason: the work goes quiet. Weeks pass, invoices arrive, and the only proof of progress is a vague "we're getting there." We built Clixo's delivery rhythm to make that impossible.

## The unit of work is a week

Every engagement runs on a one-week loop. Monday we agree on the smallest valuable thing to ship. Friday it exists — deployed, clickable, and accompanied by a short build note. No quarter-long roadmaps that quietly slip.

A week is short enough that nobody can hide a stalled task, and long enough to ship something real.

## Build notes over status meetings

Instead of a standing call where we narrate Jira tickets, you get a written build note each week:

- **What shipped** — with a link you can click.
- **What's next** — the single most important thing for the coming week.
- **What's blocked** — and exactly what we need from you to unblock it.

> Clarity first. Build fast. Leave the system better than we found it.

This trades synchronous time for written signal. You read it in two minutes, on your schedule, and you always know where the build stands.

## Why visible progress changes everything

When progress is visible, scope conversations get honest. You can see the tradeoffs because you're looking at the actual product, not a slide about it. Founders make better calls when they're reacting to something real.

That's the whole game: shrink the feedback loop until trust becomes the default, not something you have to earn back every month.
